Josuke and his friends manage to apprehend Akira Otoishi and reclaim the bow and arrow, restoring peace to Morioh. However, Josuke struggles with an unresolved issue: his relationship with his newly discovered father, Joseph. He decides to let Joseph see his mother from afar, and they set off to his home.
