Jotaro and Koichi set out to find the owner of the mysterious button, only to confront the killer, Yoshikage Kira, along with his Stand, Killer Queen, and its deadly ability, Heart Attack at Centipede Shoes. Although Jotaro urges Koichi to stay back, Koichi is restless and chooses to pursue Kira independently. Just as he makes his move, Sheer Heart Attack strikes once more...
