Episode Overview

Title: Highway Star (1) Plot: Rohan suspects that Josuke is manipulating the game of cee-lo and takes drastic action by slicing off his own pinky. He proposes a wager: if he can't uncover Josuke's secret in the upcoming round, he will offer him 2 million yen for a fix with Shining Diamond. Conversely, if he does expose Josuke's deception, he intends to claim Josuke's pinky as his prize. To ensure a fair fight, he enlists Tamami to serve as a mediator, using his Stand ability to prevent Josuke from playing by the rules in the next round.
