Paris and Nicole set out to motivate the campers at Camp Shawnee to get fit. They teach the girls their unique approach to weight loss, while the boys and girls engage in a friendly competition to see who can shed the most pounds. Meanwhile, Nicole shares some advice with Hunter on how to catch Paris's attention. However, he soon discovers that impressing her is no easy task.
