The fiancée of a firefighter seeks Lilly's assistance in proving that a man, recently convicted for a different crime and soon to be paroled, was actually responsible for the murder of the firefighter's first wife. This young mother lost her life to a makeshift bomb just before she was set to testify against a man who had indecently exposed himself to her.
