Episode Overview

During a tempestuous night, Laura and Mary find themselves alone at the School for the Blind, only to be taken captive by three escaped convicts. One of the criminals is seriously hurt, and his partners insist on seeing a doctor. Laura is dispatched to fetch Dr. Baker, with threats of lethal consequences if she tries anything clever. In her fear, Laura confides in her father about the dire situation. Charles arrives disguised as Dr. Baker, but when the genuine doctor shows up, Charles must think quickly to neutralize the criminals.
