Episode Overview
Title: Chasing My Dreams Plot: Pam is feeling down after losing her job, and her friends Tommy, Cole, and Martin come to cheer her up, bringing along their old classmate Trey Foster. Trey works at Keep It Real Records as a successful A&R and informs Pam about an opening in his department. Excited by the chance to pursue her love for music, Pam heads to the record label. There, she meets the witty receptionist Donna, Clyde the messenger, and Tony, the creative director who tries to charm her. When Trey arrives late, he learns from Donna that CEO Sterling Sweets is eager to discuss new talent, warning him that his job is on the line. Pam offers her assistance in securing the A&R role, and Trey agrees to help her. Meanwhile, Dante, her former office assistant, arrives with Pam's belongings and surprises her by playing the piano and singing.
