Episode Overview
Brenda and Dylan's playful chemistry heats up, and she unexpectedly walks in on him in the shower. With Brandon home sick, Brenda and Dylan seize the chance to spend some quality time together. However, after a heated argument with his father, Dylan loses his composure, and Brenda comforts him, leading to a kiss between them. Jim disapproves of their budding romance, citing Dylan's father's shady reputation. Brenda is eager to take their relationship further but feels devastated when Dylan doesn't show up. He later explains that he had to leave town because his father fled to evade legal troubles. Meanwhile, Steve makes an advance toward the speaker at a sex education seminar, only to learn she has AIDS, prompting Brenda to rethink her pace with Dylan.
