Episode Overview

Lenny is set free after an acquaintance vouches for his alibi. He confides in David about his past, admitting he served time for sexual assault and might have been involved in a rape during a drunken episode while on tour in the Gulf. Furious, the students attempt to chase Lenny off campus, prompting Brandon to assist him in transferring to another school. Meanwhile, Valerie convinces Donna that David is responsible for Ray's exit, leading to a heated argument between David and Donna. Lenny discloses that Garrett Slan, a cafeteria worker, also has a history in military prison. Brandon warns Clare about Garrett's potential obsession with her, though he now has his sights set on Donna. In a terrifying turn, Garrett breaks into the beach apartment, threatening Donna with a knife and attempting to assault her. Just as David arrives to apologize, Donna subtly signals that something is wrong by calling him "Dave." He rushes in and knocks Garrett out with a baseball bat.
