Episode Overview
To make amends with Kelly, Colin decides to cut ties with Claudia and takes on a teaching position. At the Peach Pit, a fortune teller sets up for Halloween, and although her authenticity is dubious, she influences several couples. Susan is compelled to reveal her past relationship with Brandon thanks to the fortune teller. Meanwhile, David purchases a love potion for Valerie, which helps them grow closer. Steve and Clare mistakenly consume the potion and end up in a dressing room together. Donna enjoys the Halloween festivities with Joe Bradley, the star quarterback, but when Ray confronts her out of jealousy, Joe steps back. Ray later confronts Donna at her apartment, becoming aggressive when she avoids him. Joe returns just in time to defend Donna, realizing he wants to pursue a relationship with her. Meanwhile, Dylan and Toni rescue a stray kitten, but when Toni discovers Dylan's gun in the first aid kit, she insists he dispose of it.
