Episode Overview
Donna takes on the role of a weather forecaster for C.U. News, adding style advice to her forecasts. Soon, she starts receiving threatening anonymous calls. Meanwhile, Clare sets Kelly up on a blind date with a pretentious guy. In an attempt to help, Donna encourages Kelly to go out with Evan Potter, the kind cameraman from C.U. News, and Kelly reluctantly agrees to a double date. When Donna receives a disturbing message from her stalker on a videotape, Evan offers her support. Elsewhere, Steve is working late-night security as part of his probation and encounters the "Phantom of C.U.," a mischievous homeless man. After catching him, Steve discovers the man is Larry Lincoln, a senior living in the school's basement who struggles to afford food. Instead of reporting him, Steve decides to help by giving Larry money for housing for the remainder of the year.
