Episode Overview
Brandon's protectiveness over Kelly escalates to alarming levels, leading him to exhibit unsettling behavior. When a man accidentally brushes against Kelly at a movie theater, Brandon envisions gunfire and confronts him aggressively. Detective Woods informs Brandon that the shooter who harmed Kelly is in the hospital. Upon arrival, Brandon discovers the shooter matches Kelly’s description, while the man he attacked is merely the driver who has been taken into custody. In a fit of rage, Brandon makes threatening comments to the shooter's lifeless body. Meanwhile, David secures a record deal for Cain Was Able, but when Donna reveals their new song, which promotes racial slurs and white supremacy, the record executive advises him to walk away. David stands firm, refusing to let the band perform at the After Dark, leading to conflict when they try to take the stage anyway.
