Following a fierce confrontation with one of these angry apparitions, Damon turns to Bonnie for help in uncovering the source of their unexpected strength. Meanwhile, Elena persuades Jeremy to tap into his link to the other side, hoping to discover a new method to reach Stefan, which forces Jeremy into a difficult decision.
