Episode Overview

During a tense meeting, the Board of Directors prepares to cast their votes on the merger between Denver-Carrington and Colbyco. Alexis makes it clear that anyone voting against the merger will face immediate termination. The motion passes, sending Blake into a rage. Meanwhile, Kirby is hurt to see Jeff and Fallon sharing a laugh, prompting Krystle to comfort her and attempt to mend the rift between Steven and Blake. Jeff confronts Adam, accusing him of manipulating reports about Denver-Carrington. Alexis warns Fallon about Mark’s questionable past. Later, when Alexis discovers that Congressman McVane has blocked the merger, she angrily exposes his scandalous history to the media.
