Episode Overview
Title: Focus Plot: Krystle lies unconscious in her hospital bed, having fallen victim to Phil Thorpe's vengeful plot. Blake suspects Alexis is behind the attempted murder and swears to take her life if Krystle doesn’t survive. Meanwhile, Clay tells Sammy Jo that he isn’t prepared for a serious relationship, despite their intense attraction. As Krystle begins to recover, Dominique generously offers Blake a $50 million loan to alleviate his financial troubles caused by Alexis. Alexis menaces the Assistant D.A. with her media influence to ensure Blake is prosecuted. Phil confronts Krystle in her room, threatening her life in retaliation against Blake, but her calm demeanor convinces him to abandon his violent intentions. Meanwhile, pressured by Alexis, the D.A. labels the La Mirage fire as arson, implicating Blake as the main suspect.
