Title: The Arraignment Plot: Alexis discovers Ben's scheme to implicate Blake using a false witness. While Blake is denied bail and must remain in jail until his trial, Krystle seeks medical advice for her dizziness but disregards the recommendation to take it easy. Adam becomes suspicious when he overhears Ben anxiously decline a call from Australia. Jackie uncovers evidence that the fire at La Mirage originated in Claudia's room, which clears Blake of arson charges, forcing the Assistant D.A. to dismiss the case. Clay, worried about Buck's disdain for the Carringtons, fails to convince Sammy Jo to skip dinner with her mother. Blake receives a desperate letter from Caress in a Caracas prison, asking for his assistance in exchange for her testimony against Ben. Meanwhile, a fierce storm leaves Alexis trapped with Dex in his construction trailer, reigniting their passionate affair.
