Detectives Briscoe and Green investigate the strangulation of a college student who secretly worked as a stripper. They suspect that two skinheads involved in drug dealing are responsible for her death, but they have difficulty uncovering the motive behind the strip club owner who hired them. As they dig deeper into the case, the detectives discover that the murder is linked to an insider trading scheme, leading Assistant D.A. McCoy to connect a former adult film star with a businessman involved in the scandal.
