Episode Overview

Dr. Fiscus is shot and subsequently finds himself navigating the afterlife, where he encounters familiar faces from his past, including former patients who have passed away, some stuck in limbo, and a few who have ascended to heaven. Unfortunately, Fiscus is condemned to Hades, where he discovers Dr. White endlessly rowing in circles on a boat with a single oar. Meanwhile, the medical team at St. Eligus fiercely battles to keep Fiscus alive, determined to bring him back from the brink.
