Max relies on her medication to manage her seizures, but her friends suspect she’s become dependent on them. Struggling with the intense consequences of her medication changes, Max's situation worsens when her friends dispose of her pills. Desperate, she attempts to pilfer some from a nearby hospital but is apprehended in the act, leading to her arrest and time in jail.
