Episode Overview

Thea finds herself in hot water with the police after being caught with a drug known as "Vertigo." To prevent her from facing jail time, Oliver believes he must track down the dealer, a man who calls himself "The Count." He reaches out to McKenna Hall, an ex-girlfriend who now works as a Vice cop, for assistance. At the same time, Laurel takes on the role of Thea's defense attorney, while Felicity delivers unsettling information to Oliver regarding Moira.
