Episode Overview
Oliver and Diggle discover that Deadshot is still out there, with Malcolm in his sights. In the meantime, Malcolm invites Tommy to a benefit celebrating his contributions to Starling City, but Tommy declines the invitation. Oliver urges Tommy to reconnect with his father while he still has the chance. On another front, Oliver faces challenges as he tries to juggle his budding romance with McKenna alongside his responsibilities as the Arrow.
