Episode Overview

Oliver visits the courthouse to have his death certificate revoked and unexpectedly encounters Laurel, who is there to prosecute Martin Somers, a criminal linked to the Chinese Triad. Oliver recalls Martin from his father’s writings and decides to pursue him. As tensions rise, Martin instructs the Triad to eliminate Laurel, leading them to dispatch their fiercest mercenary, China White, resulting in a clash between Arrow and China White. Meanwhile, Moira and Walter approach Oliver with a request for him to assume control of the company.
