Episode Overview

Oliver uncovers that a man known as “The Mayor” is trafficking illegal firearms into The Glades, prompting him to organize a “Cash for Guns” initiative aimed at improving the neighborhood. However, the event is interrupted when The Mayor and his gang show up, resulting in Sin getting gravely hurt. The Canary is enraged to find her friend hospitalized and vows to take revenge. At the same time, Felicity surprises Oliver with new insights about the Canary, while Donner asks Laurel out to dinner and Diggle reconnects with an old acquaintance.
