As the Arrow works to find the imposter who's been murdering criminals, Amanda reaches out to Lyla for a new Suicide Squad assignment, with Diggle insisting on joining his wife. However, the team quickly realizes that their mission to rescue someone isn't quite what they anticipated. Meanwhile, Ray uncovers Oliver's secret identity as the Arrow and decides to take action to apprehend him for his wrongdoings.
