Ra's al Ghul dispatches Nyssa and her second-in-command to Starling City to deliver a grim message to Oliver: the League will execute 50 individuals each day until they receive Sara's killer. As the clock ticks down, Oliver manages to uncover the identity of the murderer but comes to the painful conclusion that he can't hand them over for execution. In the meantime, Ray reveals his latest project to Felicity, sparking her curiosity.
