Brie Larvan escapes from prison and arrives at Palmer Tech, issuing a deadly ultimatum for the bio-chip embedded in Felicity’s spine. As Oliver discovers that Felicity, Thea, and Donna are among those held hostage inside, he seeks unexpected assistance to help Team Arrow rescue everyone and thwart Brie’s sinister plans.
