Episode Overview

Felicity is in a panic upon discovering that Ray is alive and captured by Damien Darhk. Her feelings of guilt for not locating him sooner create friction between her and Oliver. Meanwhile, Sara teams up with Laurel, Thea, and the rest of the crew to mount a rescue for Ray. However, the lingering effects of the Lazarus Pit begin to take their toll, putting the entire mission at risk. Additionally, Donna Smoak makes her return to Star City.
