Wamiya observes a shift in Izumiko's demeanor following her short visit to Tokyo. It's evident that her feelings toward Miyuki have transformed, and Wamiya comes to understand that he is the reason for this change. Determined to regain control, Wamiya makes the decision to eliminate Miyuki from the equation entirely.
