Episode Overview

Hook's situation worsens when Hades threatens to cast him into the River of Lost Souls after he refuses to decide which three of his friends should stay in the Underworld. Meanwhile, Gold becomes unexpectedly motivated to assist Emma, Snow, David, Regina, Robin, and Henry in their quest to rescue Hook, hoping to reunite with Belle. To do so, he must locate his ex-wife Milah in the Underworld and seek her assistance. In flashbacks to Fairy Tale Land, Rumple and Milah confront a dire situation involving their son, Baelfire, compelling Rumple to make a fateful deal that will forever haunt him.
