Hook is eager to deepen his relationship with Emma, but first, he wants to prove to David that he’s more than just a pirate. When David seeks Hook’s assistance in revealing the truth about his father’s death, Hook readily agrees to help. At the same time, Regina is trying to help Robin adjust to life in Storybrooke, but she quickly finds out that he harbors a darker side, complicating her efforts far beyond what she expected.
