Episode Overview

While serving detention, Mark encourages the group to create job applications. Earvin lands a position at Clown Burger and decides to leave school. In response to this, Earvin's mother asks Mark to visit the restaurant and persuade Earvin to return to his studies. Mark takes Tyler and Nicole along for support. At Clown Burger, Mark confronts Earvin, attempting to humiliate him, but ultimately succeeds in convincing him to go back to school. However, Earvin's mother insists he still needs a part-time job, so Mark agrees to assist him in finding one.
