Episode Overview

Mark finds Nicole awake late at night, working on homework for another student named Scott Farcus. She insists she should just refuse to help him but is worried about Mark telling their mother, fearing she might act like their eccentric Aunt Eunetta. Nicole reminds Mark how he once took her lunch and sold it back to her. In response, Mark invites Tyler over and explains the situation with Scott, asking Tyler to confront him about leaving Nicole alone. Tyler is hesitant, but Mark persuades him by lending him sunglasses to help him look tough. The next day, Tyler is upset with Mark after Scott breaks the sunglasses and pressures him into doing his spelling homework. Meanwhile, Nicole finally opens up to their mother about Scott's behavior. At school, Geneva confronts Mark angrily for not bringing Nicole to her attention.
