Katie and Greg are excited when Anna-Kat finally gets to hang out with a "normal" girl, Penny. However, Anna-Kat is hiding a secret: she's started to steal and has taken something from Penny's house. While Greg believes she should return the item and confess, Katie thinks otherwise, particularly because Penny's mom, Chloe Brown Mueller, is known for spreading gossip around Westport.
