Katie is determined to prevent her long-absent father, Marty, from reuniting with her mother during his surprise Christmas visit to the Otto family. Meanwhile, Anna-Kat tries to assist Trip in rekindling his romance with Taylor, but faces challenges from the tenacious Pierce. On another front, Oliver worries that he will be forgotten as the masked antagonist in the school’s “The Nutcracker” performance, but he unexpectedly becomes the focus of attention when a string of accidents ruins his costume.
