Episode Overview

A compulsive shopper takes on "The Card" to fuel her spending habits, only to face harsh penalties for missed payments. Meanwhile, a contemporary miner has a heated dispute with his wife before heading to work at the local mine. An unexpected cave-in traps him underground, where he encounters another miner who claims to have come from 1912. They discover a bizarre time connection between them. The modern miner aids the 1912 man in surviving, leading to the latter's rescue. Just when it seems the modern miner is lost, rescuers find him in an unanticipated place, guided by a letter the 1912 miner had written, instructing them where to look 74 years prior.
