Episode Overview

Miley Judson, struggling with alcoholism, is approached by a doctor who presents him with an unconventional treatment. In a moment of desperation, Judson accepts the offer and is covertly given a "hellgramite" insect that resides in his stomach. This creature ensures he stays sober by consuming any alcohol he ingests, growing larger with each drink until it becomes deadly. Although Judson has the option to stop drinking, doing so subjects him to excruciating withdrawal symptoms until the insect hibernates. Ultimately, he perseveres and hands the doctor’s card to a fellow alcoholic friend.
