Episode Overview
Lauren inquires whether her parents' divorce was due to "cheating." Meanwhile, Bruce alerts Amy that Judge Keeler has plans to observe her in court, suggesting she's being set up. Maxine seeks Kyle's expertise in extreme sports to help a teen grappling with low self-esteem. Amy oversees the sentencing of a teenage girl who attacked three gang members with a baseball bat. A police officer approaches Amy to officiate her divorce ceremony. Bruce and Amy work through their communication challenges, and Kyle confronts Amy about the past incident that created tension between them. Lastly, Amy deals with a case involving a teenager seeking emancipation to challenge his stepmother's choice to keep his comatose father on life support.
