Mark and Carina hurry to assist a paraglider who has suffered a severe crash on a cliff, but the difficult landscape slows them down as darkness approaches. Meanwhile, Jamie and Mike face difficulty persuading a cyclist, struck by a vehicle, to seek medical attention, worried that her adrenaline might be hiding serious injuries. Nicola and Michelle find themselves feeling itchy while dealing with a bed bug infestation, and Taz and Amanda race to help a man who has collapsed in pain at his job.
