As Arbor Day approaches, Mom and Dad are busy feeding their pet pig pennies in preparation for cracking him open on the special day. Meanwhile, Cow and Chicken have a strong desire for ice cream and embark on a mission to catch the ice cream man, who is none other than Red Guy. Their adventure leads to a series of comical attempts to track him down and satisfy their sweet tooth.
