Meanwhile, Dex convinces the Chinese delegation to choose his company over Blake’s for a significant drilling project. Alexis presents Blake with an enticing offer for a venture in the South Seas, and despite his doubts, he agrees. Claudia, after seeing Steven and Luke together at a restaurant, finally gives in to Adam's persistent advances. Dex opts to join Daniel on a classified military operation, during which Daniel reveals to Krystle that he has been in love with her for many years.
