While on the witness stand, Steven claims he witnessed Alexis shove Mark to his demise. Alexis, feeling betrayed and still maintaining her innocence, renounces her relationship with him in anger. Meanwhile, Dominique makes Blake a jaw-dropping offer of $25 million for control of his company, which leaves him speechless. He counters by proposing 40% of Denver-Carrington for $30 million. Jeff tries to distract himself with other women, but his thoughts keep returning to Fallon. Choosing to forego legal representation, Alexis takes the stand, asserting she wasn't wearing the incriminating cape. However, the prosecution reveals it had been delivered to her and discovered discarded in a trash bin near her residence. Ultimately, the jury delivers the verdict: Alexis is found guilty.
