Jerry starts to worry about himself when he realizes he never takes any of his relationships seriously. He turns to Bob for help and asks if he can see him as a patient. Bob is on board with the idea, but they quickly realize that the arrangement is affecting their friendship, leading them to reconsider the whole plan.
