The Bob Newhart Show (1972)

Episode Overview

Bob's longtime friend Murdock is visiting for a day to pitch a complicated giveaway product to a cereal company in Chicago. Bob offers him a place to stay for the night. However, when Murdock's business plans fall through, what was meant to be a short visit turns into a week-long stay. During this time, Murdock begins to dominate Bob's life, taking over his car, clothes, and much of his daily routine.
