A lawyer known for chasing ambulances faces an unexpected ordeal when she's summoned to court over an excessive number of digits on her license plate. Each appearance seems to worsen her situation as the court imposes harsh penalties. Meanwhile, at a costume party, a young man is enchanted by a stunning woman. They share a memorable night, but when he reveals their encounter the following day, she coldly instructs him to stay away. He discovers her true identity behind the mask, only to be horrified by her disfigured face. In a chilling twist, a comic artist for Tales From The Crypt becomes ensnared in a nightmarish cycle, reliving daily failures at work. After her boss dismisses her latest pitch and fires her, she resorts to violence, only to be apprehended and killed by the police.
