In Chicago, Early from W&W Towing offers a semi-driver a complimentary tow, but it ends up being quite a challenge. Meanwhile, Russ from Towz R Us in Alaska comes to the aid of a stranded driver caught in a fierce snowstorm. Over in Atlanta, DJ and Derrick from Hi-Tech find themselves in a standoff with a motorist who refuses to exit his vehicle, despite it being already attached to the tow truck!
