Episode Overview

James is worn out from darting between Heston and Skeldale, and to add to his troubles, he keeps clashing with Richard Alderson, who is irritated by the muddy floors. At the same time, Mrs. Hall and Herriot are intrigued by Siegfried's recent activities when James stumbles upon him making his way home after a late night out.
