Episode Overview
Grace introduces Rob to her children just as Nadine informs her that labor has begun. With Wade away on an undercover mission, Grace must rush Nadine to the hospital, leaving Rob to manage Libby and Patrick. The two women share memories of Nadine's support during Grace's past deliveries. Grace recalls a time when Jimmy was arrested for stealing toys for Quentin, forcing her to bring baby Quentin to the jail to meet his father. At the hospital, still waiting for Wade, Grace steps in as Nadine's Lamaze coach. As Nadine endures intense pain, Grace reflects on past births, realizing Nadine has always been by her side. Just before entering the delivery room, Nadine hesitates about having another child.
