Blue Water Beach faces turmoil as a gang of local boys harasses the Solar Blue team during their practice sessions. Leading the group, Troy is determined to drive Solar Blue away. Meanwhile, Eric and Amy form a bond with aspiring surfer Nat, guiding her to enhance her surfing abilities. In an effort to foster harmony, Eric approaches the troublemakers for a discussion, but his attempt results in a tragic incident.
