Adele Pepper, a reporter for a tabloid TV show, is giving extensive coverage to The League of Incredible Vegetables, claiming it’s to honor their achievements. However, she’s secretly in league with Buttons Crimini, a vengeful mushroom with a vendetta. Buttons aims to create turmoil within the League, hoping that their arguments will distract them long enough to seize control of Bumblyburg. Ricochet uncovers the scheme, and with Alfred’s assistance, they persuade LarryBoy, Thingamabob, Vogue, and S-Cape to mend their differences and embrace love. Just in time, the team comes together to stop Buttons Crimini’s wicked plans.
