Episode Overview
This week, Todd travels to Dallas with the goal of recreating the iconic Chili's Baby Back Ribs. He kicks things off by visiting Chili's headquarters to gather some insights, then dives into the challenge of mimicking their beloved dish. To decipher the recipe, Todd gets scientific with a microscope and creatively uses a hacksaw along with a part of his truck. After several mishaps, including a minor fire in his smoker, he starts to doubt the authenticity of the information he received from R&D. Fortunately, the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders step in with their expert BBQ palates to help Todd identify what's missing. Ultimately, Todd dons a disguise once more. Will he manage to crack the secret in time, or will he end up singing the "Chili's Baby Back Ribs" jingle during a crowded lunch rush?
